Transanal Endoscopic Video-Assisted Excision: Application of Single-Port Access

Abstract: Transanal endoscopic video-assisted excision of benign and malignant rectal lesions with pneumorectal distension appears to optimize the visual field and avert several of the pitfalls commonly associated with transanal endoscopic microsurgery.
