Abstract: Background: Peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) are frequently identified and require diagnostic sampling. Diagnostic yield of radial endobronchial ultrasound (rEBUS) guided bronchoscopic biopsies is suboptimal, despite ultrasound confirmation of navigation success.
