Abstract:A 51‐year‐old patient with progressive right heart dysfunction was found to have a large calcified right atrial mass on echocardiography. As part of the work up for an intracardiac mass he had a cardiac computed tomogram which detailed a large coronary cameral fistula from the circumflex coronary artery to the right atrium associated with a spherical calcific pseudo‐aneurysmal sac.
