Transcatheter heterotopic valve implantation with the TricValve system: focus on preoperative assessment and patient selection

Abstract: Nontreated severe symptomatic tricuspid valve regurgitation is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. When a surgical correction is not feasible due to high operative risk, transcatheter treatment of the tricuspid valve has been suggested as an interesting valuable option.
