Abstract:BackgroundBreast cancer (BC) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by distinct molecular subtypes. Krüppel like Factor (KLF) family members in BC have been widely studied. However, the roles of KLFs as tumorpromoters or tumor-suppressors are context-dependent.
