Transcriptional inactivation of amphotropic murine leukemia virus replication in human cells

Abstract: Amphotropic murine leukemia virus (MLV) replicates in cells from various mammalian species including humans and is a potential contaminant in MLV vector preparations for human gene transfer studies.
