Transcriptome and WGCNA reveal hub genes in sugarcane tiller seedlings in response to drought stress

Abstract: Drought stress can severely affect sugarcane growth and yield. The objective of this research was to identify candidate genes in sugarcane tillering seedlings in response to drought stress.
