Abstract: Background Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive lymphoma that arises from malignant transformation of B lymphocytes. Outcome of patients with DLBCL has been significantly improved by rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) therapy, which is regarded “gold standard” of DLBCL therapy.
