Abstract:We report a congenital circumflex coronary artery to coronary sinus arteriovenous fistula diagnosed by transesophageal echocardiography in a 38‐year‐old asymptomatic male. The coronary arteriovenous fistula was suggested by two‐dimensional transthoracic color Doppler.
