Transforaminal Percutaneous Endoscopic Surgery for Far Lateral Lumbar Intervertebral Disk Herniation

Abstract: Far lateral lumbar intervertebral disk herniation (FLLIDH) most commonly occurs far lateral to the intervertebral facet at L3-L4 and L4-L5 and accounts for 3.8% of all lumbar disk herniations.
