Transformación digital y la experiencia de los usuarios de una entidad pública en Trujillo

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine to what extent the digital transformation and the user experience of a public entity in Trujillo are related. Applied quantitative research of nonexperimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive scope. The level of research is correlational. With a study population of users of the public entity of Trujillo, over 18 years old, who use digital platforms and tools to carry out their processes within it. It was obtained as a result that there is a high positive relationship between the two variables. This means that, as the degree of Digital Transformation increases, the user experience in the public entity also increases. The results show a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.748. This means that the application of Digital Transformation has a relationship with the users' experience to the extent of 74%. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the use of Digital Transformation has a high influence on user experience and its respective dimensions.
