Abstract:Tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome characterized by renal phosphate wasting, which leads to deranged bone turnover. TIO is usually associated with benign mesenchymal tumors, although it has also been reported in malignant tumors.
