Transfundal stent placement for treatment of complex basilar tip aneurysm: technical note

Abstract: We describe a case where a complex unruptured basilar tip aneurysm was treated with a unique method of stent-assisted coil embolization. The aneurysm was considered to have a complex anatomy since both the left posterior cerebral artery and left superior cerebellar artery originated from the dome of the aneurysm.
