Transgenic mouse models for studies of the role of polyamines in normal, hypertrophic and neoplastic growth

Abstract: Transgenic mice expressing proteins altering polyamine levels in a tissue-specific manner have considerable promise for evaluation of the roles of polyamines in normal, hypertrophic and neoplastic growth.
