Abstract: Although asthma is a common pulmonary disease, it rarely leads to pulmonary hypertension (PH). We report an 80-year-old female urgently hospitalized due to symptoms of acute heart failure. Her comorbidities included asthma confirmed by spirometry for at least previous 10 years, systemic hypertension and prediabetes.
