Transient worsening of pemphigus vulgaris resembling toxic epidermal necrolysis after the first cycle of rituximab therapy

Abstract: spreading erythematous macules (that are not typical for PV) and flaccid blisters, TEN was suspected. Nevertheless, DIF and histology findings were consistent with PV.
