Abstract:Branched allylic sulfones are privileged scaffolds widely distributed in bioactive molecules, and organic functional materials. Some methods for the synthesis of allyl sulfones have been developed, such as Tsuji-Prost reaction, hydrosulfonylation and radical addition reactions.
