This study aims to explain China's strategic policy, the One Belt One Road Initiative, in economic cooperation in the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train. This study uses an international cooperation framework with descriptive qualitative methods. This research found that China's foreign policy in actualizing its One Belt One Road Initiative was based on the country's national interests, as well as Indonesia in accepting the p roposed cooperation. In the analysis that was carried out, the fact was stated that the existence of economic cooperation in the form of OBOR had both positive and negative impacts on the Indonesian state.
