Translation and Validation of the Individual Workload Perception Scale—Revised for Portuguese Nurses

Abstract: (1) Background: In Portugal, there is no scale to assess nurses’ satisfaction with their workload. Therefore, this study aimed to culturally/linguistically adapt and validate the IWPS-R scale, with 29 items, to produce a Portuguese version.
