Transmigration of Mandibular Canines - Clinical Implications

Abstract: ABSTRACT:Transmigration of a mandibular canine across the midline is a rare condition with obscure etiology. Bilateral transmigration is found to be extremely rare. Transmigrated canines have been found to be associated with dental anomalies and pathologies such as cystic lesions and root resorption of the adjacent teeth.
