TRANSMISSION OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS IN THE GEZIRA SCHEME, GEZIRA STATE, SUDAN. (An investigated study in August 1999 – July 2000)

Abstract: The varied climatic environment of the Sudan has considerable influence on the distribution of snails. Thus, the occurrence of snails in different parts of the Sudan was reported.Archibald (1933), reported the presence of Bulinus forskalii in springs in the Nuba mountains in western Sudan.
