Transparent and conducting boron doped ZnO thin films grown by aerosol assisted chemical vapor deposition

Abstract: Boron doped zinc oxide thin films via aerosol assisted chemical vapor deposition with resisitivities as low as 5.1 × 10−3 Ω cm.
