This paper reflects and reviews the formulation of the GROW model in relation to narrative coaching in response to the climate change crisis, the socio-cultural and technological paradigms. It proposes a new coaching model by redesigning the GROW process and integrating it with narrative coaching process. It argues that the new model called ROGWin can be regarded as the 4th generation coaching (4GC) in terms of the evolution of coaching psychology as a professional discipline. Its implications to future research, practice including the technological impact such as artificial intelligence (AI) and wider role in the world and environment are discussed.
