Abstract:Purpose of review
Primary immune regulatory disorders (PIRDs) are an increasing indication for hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) in pediatric patients. Here, we provide an updated overview of HCT for PIRDs, and discuss future avenues for improvement in outcomes.
