Abstract:Bismuthene, an inherently hexagonal structure characterized by a huge bulk gap, offers a versatile platform for investigating the electronic transport of various topological quantum states. Using nonequilibrium Green’s function method and Landauer-Büttiker formula, we thoroughly investigate the transport properties of various Hall-type quantum states, including quantum spin Hall (QSH) edge states, quantum valley Hall kink (QVHK) states, and quantum spin-valley Hall kink (QSVHK) states, in the presence of vario… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
