Abstract:Non-equilibrium magneto-transport properties of a quantum dot dimer transistor are studied in the presence of electron–electron and electron–phonon interactions and the interaction of the dimer phonons with the substrate phonon bath that gives rise to dissipation. The entire system is modeled by the Anderson–Holstein–Caldeira–Leggett Hamiltonian where the Caldeira–Leggett term takes care of the damping. The electron–phonon interaction is dealt with the Lang–Firsov transformation and the electron–electron inter… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
