Transumbilical Vaginoplasty Through Fractionated Miniports

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Vaginal agenesis is a müllerian anomaly characterized by congenital absence of the vagina. In this case series, the authors describe a novel, minimally invasive technique using microport entry for treatment of complete vaginal agenesis.
