Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of a live twin tubal ectopic pregnancy

Abstract: A case of live twin tubal ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound is presented. This is a rare occurrence and we have calculated the incidence to be approximately 1:125,000 pregnancies. There have been more than 100 case reports of twin tubal ectopic pregnancy but only four previous reports where two foetal heart motions have been visualized.
