Transverse Deformation Control in Low Alloy Wear-Resistant Steel Quenching Process

Abstract: Computation model for low alloy wear-resistant steel quenching process is established by finite element method. Four work conditions are designed for studying the effect of cooling uniformity of new cooler on quenching plate shape. The temperature and stress-strain field under four work conditions are calculated through the established model.
