“Transylvanian Hunglish” Phonological Properties of Hungarian Accented English in Transylvania

Abstract: Hunglish is a term for Hungarian native speakers’ English pronunciation. It is a well recognisable and quite homogeneous accent, which is thoroughly described in the literature of second language acquisition.
