Abstract: The clinical course of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) due to rupture of cerebral aneurysm admitted during the last five years is analysed: 157 patients were treated by direct surgical approach of the aneurysm, 58 localized in the anterior communicating artery (ACoA), 48 in the internal carotid artery (ICA), 43 in the middle cerebral artery (MCA), and 8 in the posterior circulation.
