Tratamento endovascular da miomatose uterina: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract: Resumo A embolização da artéria uterina (EAU) é um tratamento pouco invasivo e alternativo à cirurgia aberta no tratamento de miomatose uterina. Este estudo visa analisar a eficácia e a segurança da EAU nesses casos.
