Al asociarse a glándulas ectópicas o supernumerarias y a la menor sensibilidad de los estudios con MIBI-99mTc hacen que la tasa de persistencia o recurrencia sea elevada, pudiendo llegar hasta el 15% [46,47]. La infusión de dobutamina intravenosa a bajas dosis (2 microgramos/kg/min/60 min) previo a la inyección de MIBI, produce una hiperpolarización de las mitocondrias y por lo tanto una mayor acumulación y retención de MIBI, facilitando la visualización gammagráfica y la radiolocalización quirúrgica [48].…”
