Abstract:Severe hypertension and acute renal failure in complete occlusion of renal artery. Surgical treatmentTwo children, 8 and 11 year old, presented with severe hypertension, secondary to unilateral and bilateral complete occlusion of renal arteries respectively. One had also acute renal failure. Both arterial pressure and renal function returned to normal after treatment.
