Abstract: Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC) is an aggressive hepatic cancer that has characteristics of both hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CC). For resectable disease, liver resection is the preferred first treatment option.
