Abstract: Background: Patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (PD) or atypical Parkinsonism (AP) often present with orthostatic hypotension (OH) as a result of the dysautonomia associated with the disease or as a side effect of the dopaminergic medications used to treat it.
