Treating Palm Oil Mill Effluent by Activated Sludge Process Using Submerged Mechanical Aerator/Agitator Replacing Surface Aerator

Abstract: Activated sludge process (ASP) is gaining recognition as a process technique for the control of biological oxygen demand (BOD) in palm oil mill effluent (POME).
