Treatment effectiveness of neonatal sepsis formed in the conditions of adverse ecological environment

Abstract: The analysis of the effectiveness of treatment of patients in the newborn comparison groups allowed to confirm that, taking into account the relative risk reduction of its manifestations, in the children of the main group, it was less successful in the first clinical group, although the mortality due to sepsis in these patients was not significantly higher (7,8 ± 2.2% in group I and 6.7 ± 2.2% in group II, P> 0.05) Key words. neonatal sepsis; environmental factors; treatment effectiveness.
