Treatment Intricacies in Mandibular Implant-Supported Rehabilitation of a Patient With Down Syndrome: A Clinical Report

Abstract: Edentulism is considered a poor health condition and may compromise the quality of life. Prosthodontic replacement of missing teeth results in significant improvement of oral functions. Treating a patient with Down syndrome can pose clinical challenges in handling the emotional aspect as well as in rendering treatment.
