Abstract:The efficacy of therapeutics for acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) has exhibited an increase in recent years. Only a few patients experience relapse, including extramedullary relapse, and in patients with extramedullary relapse, the central nervous system (CNS) is the most common site.
