Treatment of a ruptured fetal-type posterior communicating aneurysm with a combined approach using the new contour neurovascular system

Abstract: Fetal-type posterior communicating artery (FPCom) aneurysms are associated with higher rates of recurrence after endovascular treatment than aneurysms at other locations. We report the case of a patient with a subarachnoid haemorrhage and ruptured right-sided FPCom aneurysm.
