Abstract:Although rare, cerebral arterial fenestration may present challenges in diagnosis and treatment. Here we present a case of a supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) fenestration adjacent to an ICA aneurysm, successfully treated with balloon-assisted coil embolization.
