Treatment of Compartment Syndrome of the Thigh Associated With Acute Renal Failure After the Wenchuan Earthquake

Abstract: Compartment syndrome of the thigh is a rare emergency often treated operatively. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of nonoperative treatment for compartment syndrome of the thigh associated with acute renal failure after the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.
