Treatment of Drug‐Tolerant Choriocarcinoma in Combination with Bleomycin, Cisplatin and VP16‐213 (Etoposide)

Abstract: A 38‐year‐old patient with choriocarcinoma who was tolerant to MTX and Act‐D and highly refractory to MECA therapy after hysterectomy and bilateral oophorec‐tomy was treated with 4 courses of BCE therapy. One course of BCE therapy consisted of bleomycin (Bleo Inj.®, Nihon Kayaku Co., Ltd., Tokyo Japan. Day 1–5: 5 mg i.v. infusion/day); cisplatin (Briplatin®, Bristol‐Myers Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan.
