Treatment of extensive chronic graft-versus-host disease with extracorporeal photochemotherapy

Abstract: Extracorporeal photochemotherapy (ECP; photopheresis), an immunomodulatory therapy developed for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, has shown promise in treating chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD) in uncontrolled studies.
