Treatment of Facial Lipoatrophy With Intradermal Injections of Polylactic Acid in HIV-Infected Patients

Abstract: Injections of PLA improved patients' self-perception of facial lipoatrophy, with a good safety profile. The benefit of the procedure, however, decreased with time.
