Abstract:Metatarsus adductus is a common congenital foot deformity with an inward deviation of the forefoot occurring in the transverse plane of the foot. This article describes a minimally invasive approach using proximal metatarsal metaphyseal osteotomies to address the adduction of metatarsals at the tarsometatarsal joint complex.
