Treatment of human brucellosis: systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials

Abstract: Objectives To determine and quantify differences in efficacy between treatment regimens for brucellosis. Design Systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials assessing different antibiotic regimens and durations of treatment for human brucellosis.
