Abstract:Nodular fasciitis (NF) is a benign reactive or inflammatory condition of mesenchymal fibroblasts. Rapid growth and histological features make nodular fasciitis a mimicker of malignancies such as sarcomas, however, nodular fasciitis is a benign lesion and does not metastasize.
