Treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) and obsessive-compulsive-related disorders (OCRD)

Abstract: Celem artykułu jest przegląd aktualnej wiedzy dotyczącej leczenia zaburzeń obsesyjno- kompulsyjnych i powiązanych (OCRD – wg DSM-5). Dokonano prezentacji powszechnie stosowanych sposobów leczenia farmakologicznego, psychoterapii, jak również metod leczenia chirurgicznego i innych. Z przeprowadzonych analiz wynika, że w odniesieniu do OCD, odmienność reagowania na farmakoterapię w zależności od rodzaju objawów nie jest na tyle istotna, by uzasadniało to odmienne leczenie.
